Impeccable Sweater Wrap

Hats seem to have taken over my house!!! Seeing as how patterns seem to make it EASIER to figure a project out, I decided to take out a free pattern sheet I got from Michaels about 2 years ago. It's the Impeccable Sweater Wrap We shall see how it comes out! So far I've got about an inch and a half getting ready to go into the cable! First time making a cable!! Wish me luck!
Progress Pictures:

update: 6/12- I had to frog the original black sweater wrap 4 cables into it... ugh... i have begun a PINK version of it. =)

Sweater Wrap as of Sunday (6/13)-

Here's a picture I took just now 6/15--

  1. Oooh! I bet you are finished it by now, right? hahaha!

I'm still laboring over that darn pink on pink baby blanket, and I've ripped it out 2 more times since last Thursday.

I didn't go to Rhode Island, not yet at least! My MIL is a lot more stable, healthy enough to start chemo today.

    Cheers to youuuuu!--Christine

  2. I wanna see pictures of the baby blanket see how its going. I'm sure it's going well, the free-knit is always a little hard to get used to, but it's quite rewarding at the end when you see the finished product and realize how pretty it turned out.
Glad to hear your MIL is stable enough for chemo, I'll be praying for her still. Hope all continutes to go well.
    See ya soon
